Shipping Policy

At Natashaforte, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and at no additional shipping cost to you. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders — no minimum purchase required. We do not charge shipping fees at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 3–6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Natashaforte is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@natashaforte.com.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@natashaforte.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
