Welcome to Natashaforte. By accessing or using our website natashaforte.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Colors and textures may vary slightly from product images due to monitor settings and photographic lighting.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including any applicable taxes.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified promptly and any charges will be refunded.
5. Shipping
We ship exclusively within the United States. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after order processing. Free shipping is offered on all qualifying orders. Natashaforte is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition, or items that arrived damaged or defective due to our error. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. We cover return shipping costs. Exchanges are not offered. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of Natashaforte and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
